How did you get to that page? I'm on appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/NNN/appstore/ios/version/deliverable and there's no sales and trends. (And I supposedly have "access to reports").
By "launch" Appstore Connect, do you mean go to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com? I only see "My Apps" and "Users and Access" icons on that page.

Maybe that's it -- maybe "Access to Reports" doesn't mean access to reports. I now have Admin access and I see the "Sales and Trends" button. Thanks.
(It doesn't actually work because I am hitting the "Your Apple ID is currently pending" bug. Filed a request with support for that. I marked this solved because it's probably as close as it gets.)
