Same here! When I'm trying to generate promo codes for IAPs I get: Promo codes for the following could not be generated. Try generating them again.
This issue started yesterday for me or at least I noticed it yesterday morning.
I contacted the support and they told me to send more info to escalate the problem.

I have an idea... I honestly don't know if it will work but! You can create App Group between your iOS app and Extension, then using UserDefaults for groups you can "share" the display name and description.
What do you think? Might work?
