Having the same issue. I have another developer on my team who did have "Apple Configurator Version 2.13 (5A30)" but that resulted in the same issue, so although that was "beta 5" it had worked for him previously (he did a restore).
So I am at a loss as well on how to proceed from here. If anybody has cracked this, please speak up!
EDIT : was able to install by using a previous of the IPSW : UniversalMac11.020A5374i_Restore.ipsw
