We can't upload an app that has an urgent bug, for a month! Users who have paid cannot receive the fix
App: Tomanji App ID: 573430598 my app has been rejected to update the version about 8 times in a month. every time I try to go up, something is changed to comply with what is indicated. It has a serious bug for the latest version of iOS, and it affects all those who paid for an inapp purchase, so you will see it is urgent. This app has 100,000 active users every month, and has been published since 2012 the app is a popular game in South America called Tomanji, it is a party game, and the AppStore has many (and more popular) such as Picolo Drinking Game the message is the following: Guideline 1.4.3 - Safety - Physical Harm Your app appears to promote excessive or inappropriate uses of controlled substances. Specifically, your app appears to be a "drinking game" app with the primary purpose of encouraging excessive alcohol consumption, which is not permitted on the App Store. Next Steps While your app’s current concept is not appropriate for the App Store, we would welcome a new app from you with a concept in alignment with our App Store Review Guidelines that is not focused on encouraging alcohol consumption. You may also want to review the iOS Human Interface Guidelines for more information on how to create a great user experience in your app. As it is an urgent bug, requesting an expedited review that was accepted, but apparently they do not even review the changes that are made to comply with what they indicate, it is simply rejected. Example, drinking game was removed from the name of the game. The word alcohol was eliminated from the entire game, the rules were updated to not refer to alcohol, also the game was shortened to only 12 shared turns and left a maximum of +2 penances per turn I can not understand how they reject us so much despite the large number of users we have, and we have this urgent bug with thousands of users with purchases that have paid and who are having errors and poor service, being that it is full of applications of the type “Drinkin game” the main focus of Tomanji is to have fun, get to know each other, break the ice and generate dynamics, it is very unfair and affects the reputation of the platform by supplying a service that can currently be purchased and then the purchased service does not work as it falls I appreciate please indicate how you can manage this internally since Apple is one of the main affected by providing a bad service in its review team that finally affects users who are paying. remember that this game has been on your platform for more than 8 years, and there are more than 50 similar games published, most of them copies of this same game
