No, You don't need to bump up your version. You can submit the with same version number. We had the same issue yesterday and we were able to submit for review to Apple witht he same version number afrer canceling a developer release of that version.PS: we just hadto edit screenshots 😟 . which we were not able to do once it went through review. So resubmitting worked 😀
