I too would like to know the answer.
I am in Japan and it seems even the blood oxygen level function is not activated here.
Currently, we use Empatica and its eco-system; my student developed an iOS App for accessing Empatica's data and customized its display. Sorry I cannot share ... but just to say it can be done.
