I’ve submitted two support tickets – one to Code Level Support and another to General Support. Both are still under review. Additionally, I’ve just submitted feedback as well. I completely understand the urgency and share the same frustration with this issue. Clients are waiting.

thanks! We’ve followed:
• The App Clip is under the 50 MB limit for iOS 17.
• It supports only digital invocations from our website.
• We’re not using physical invocations like NFC or QR codes.
• It’s not targeting iOS versions before 17.
All domains are verified, and the App Clip works for previous versions. However, the two most recent ones (1 day and 10 days ago) aren’t appearing on the same iOS 17 devices. Any advice on what might be causing this?

We have thoroughly tested everything and reached out to support, but the issue persists after approximately 10 days. We are submitting App Clips for approval via the interface on App Store Connect. Additionally, all domains have been verified and appear to be functioning correctly.
Could you please assist us in identifying the root cause and provide any guidance on resolving this issue?
Thank you for your reply! The app was approved, and I’ve previously configured 50+ App Clips without issues. The domain is validated. We’ll review the documentation and provide an update soon.
