Well, darn it. After working with the second monitor all day, I restarted the next morning and NOTHING. I tried all the troubleshooting steps again, and NOTHING. Tried connecting to the other TVs again, and NOTHING. I scrounged around and found another USB-C to HDMI cable and plugged it in, and miracle of miracles, it worked! To test it out, I rebooted the computer, and I am back to NOTHING. This inconsistency is driving me crazy.
