I'm encountering the same issue. I recently updated my iPad to iOS 18 beta 2, and after attempting to update to beta 3, my iPad got stuck. Now, when I try to restore it, the process fails, and I receive an error code 2006.
Follow the below steps.
Goto Build Phase tab.
Drag /Embed App Extension' and place it below 'Run script'.
