Hello, We submitted a new version of our application, the App Review team is requesting demo account credentials, however our login process requires unique facial biometrics to authenticate an account and log in. When we submitted our last app update the App Review team at that time said we could submit a demo video of the application to show the full features and functionality of it. We did the same thing this time and they rejected it saying a demo video could not be used. The issue is its impossible to provide a demo account for our app due to biometrics authentication as a mentioned earlier. When we asked for alternative solution they said they couldn't provide feedback on app concepts or features. Any suggestions on what we can do here?
