Would it be possible to add this functionality in the future? We understand that it might not be exposed right now, but many of us would appreciate if it could be added in a future version of the SDK. I submitted feedback as well.

I agree! This would be greatly appreciated. We are drawing diagrams using PencilKit and it would be much easier if we could automatically draw straight lines, rectangles, squares, using some of the same recognition that is being performed in the Notes app.
