Is it best to do an appeal, or to ask them in a reply?
We are stuck. The replies from the reviewer(s) just ignore our questions and point out the guidelines and ask for paperwork.
They finally got fed up and told us to ask on this forum. It just seems like we were assigned a bad reviewer.
