So I work some reports with an old java based tool called BIRT, and these libraries uses old JAVA IDE versions because of compatibility. Now I upgrade to Big Sur no old Java IDE 2019, 2018, Photon, Neon are working, and it was fine before the upgrade.
Notice that even VirtualBox cannot start VMs.
