This is happening in an iOS app, not a macOS app. Is taking a spindump possible on iOS? If so, can you point me toward some good directions?

Also, can I get an actual answer on the number of hours? "should" be a "couple" of hours is a very squishy answer that leaves me not really knowing the answer. I don't know if I can start testing again and cannot plan. How many hours is it? How many actual hours of testing do I get to do in a normal work day? 1 hour and then wait 2 hours? 3? 4? It's weird to me that I can't seem to get a direct answer in my web searches nor from an actual commerce engineer. :( Shouldn't you know the answer? :(
I haven't filed them yet, because I requested info from you before I take the time to create FB tickets. I have to imagine you need more than just the product id of the specific in-app subscription I'm testing with (and the problems occur with all of the subscription products I'm testing with). What else do I need to include in the FB ticket so that you'll have enough info to look and I can avoid the "6 months later you ask me for more info that I can't possibly give" problem I've experienced.
I did that and now my FileMerge crashes immediately whenever I try compare Swift files.
Was able to upload app this morning.
Now it is back to "Error Fetching App Record" and "App record request failed with error: "Unexpected status code".
Now it says unable to authenticate. But I just deleted my account (again), and re-added it (again), and that was able to authenticate just fine.
Having this problem today. Restarted Xcode. Deleted account from Preferences and logged in again. Tried logging into the website directly, checked for new agreements (none). Nothing is working.
This workaround fixed it for me.
