Reply to Internal testers cannot see app in Testflight app
It's the contact us feature on the portal. Then on App distribution and they call you once you've entered your number in. Then press 1 to accept, and they speak to you.I've sent over a ton of information they requested via an email, and things are now moving slowly along as the expired build is no longer showing as active but the new builds aren't displayed yet.Hopefully by the time I wake up in the morning it will be fixed here in the UK.
