App in rejected state since 2 weeks
I submitted my app update last year (2019) before the holidays.Before going into that , here is some insight about the login process. App is region locked and we use customer's mobile number for login. So to login to the app you must have a mobile of specific region and authentication code is sent to mobile number which is valid only for 10 minutes.This is where the problem occurs. My app is being rejected because App Review Team is unable to login into the app (Guidelines 2.1). To access the app , they must contact me to get the authentication code. I have scheduled a call with them but havent heard from them since one week and app is in rejected state since 2 and half weeks. I have left messages for them on resolution center but they are not responding to them too.Anything I can do to get my App out of this limbo? Should I make an appeal to the Review Board (I heard this might take another 2 weeks)?Or should I resubmit the app?
