Update on my case: code level support just redirected me to my feedback report… which got closed because they wanted me to include a screen recording of the issue (I did post a screen shot of the diagnostics output but apparently that wasn’t enough). Not sure what else to give them, I don’t think they really read the report as they indicate there are no similar reports while multiple people on this forum have been complaining with their feedback report. Hope your outreach goes smoother

@mr_app Where did you ask if I can ask? Did you get acknowledgement somewhere? It looks like the Apple engineers are currently not aware and this is considered an end-user issue, but it looks like their propagation is affected.
I did use one of my two technical support slots today to hopefully have someone look into it. My app relies on App Clips and it is the reason why I bought my Developer License in the first place, so I hope they can solve this shortly as I need to meet client deadlines.
I am experiencing similar problems, did you hear back from Apple on this?
