My organization gave me admin access to App Store Connect so that I could handle some configuration updates. However, while my user shows an "admin" role, I don't seem to actually have admin access. I don't see the button to create a new app, and I can't change the permissions of other users.
I can see other apps that I was unable to see before, however. It just seems that I don't have the full set of permissions that I would expect being an admin user.
