Oh we already submit an appeal on June 2nd.
Unfortunately we did not receive any response until now, not even an assurance that the appeal has been received.
We resorted to the Apple Support team and still waiting for their call, but they said that they can only clarify App Store Review Guidelines. We are not very sure that they will be able to answer our confusion.
Is it not possible for the App Review team to state specifically which parts of our app go against the guidelines?
