It’s clear their whole goal is to trick users into thinking their app is mine. I’ve had numerous complaints of people thinking they downloaded my app but instead downloaded theirs
just take a look at the app screenshots, they copied them almost 1-1. I’d say PicSolve and Pic Answer are similar names
