Same issue. Happens on various parts of AppStore connect but mainly in subscriptions section.

Same here, it stopped adequately working somewhere in 2019. Not working in both Safari and Chrome. Extremely frustrated. Constant redirects in everything that's related to subscriptions and in app purchases.
