Us too. Normally we see it the same day of transfer (yesterday), so far, nothing. We've sold on apple for close to 10 years, i remember this happened once before a few years ago, and it came a day or 2 later. other than that, always on time. I figured i would wait until monday.

yes, same problem, it was due on the 2nd. usually its paid like clockwork. This happened once before a couple years ago, but it did end up coming in a day or 2 late. I suspect its something with apple. another strange thing, next month's payment is already up. usually it doesnt show until the 9th or 10th of the month.

I dont think you can limit the access unless you have an enterprise account. you should be able to put a login/password on the app to get to the features. (Even if they are hard-coded)
