We do have external dependencies, but it doesn't look like that is the cause. We have more than 20 local frameworks, but these get built in under 10 minutes locally with 2018 MacBook Pro, so I wouldn't expect more than 2 hours of compilation time on Xcode Cloud. We will do further investigation.
