We added 2 In-App Purchase as a part of In-App Promotion to Apple App Store.Right now after adding the required Promotion Image and the text, both In-App Purchase seems to be In Review. Also as per the guidelines, it takes 24 hours for the Promotion In-App Purchases to reflect on the App Store Product page, but still the status shows In review.
