Hello guys. 4 months in row I fight with apple support to allow me to pay for a developer account. I did literally everything I could and what was recommended by support: I've set my payment details to be 100% same as in my apple account, I've provided my previous payments using one of my cards and the same apple account, I tried multiple cards, multiple currencies of these cards, I've contacted banks to check if an issue is on their side... Apple support sent me non-informational emails with same useless advices how to fix that. After another unsuccessful attempt to pay they stopped responding at all. I wasn't rude or offensive, I have no idea what's happened. I'm an experienced developer who's decided to switch to mobile development and I've made already 2 small apps and a third is on the go but I have no chance to test them on real devices but on a simulator only. I'm not sure if that matters but if you want to check if I'm a real developer you can look at tons of open source projects I've made by googling "open source by Andrey Gubanov". These two apps was made just to get comfortable with technologies (React Native) and one of them was published on Google Play. The third one is on the way to be turned into a startup (in case of successful funding of course) but I can't even give it to be tested by target audience people and I don't even mention that it's completely impossible to publish the app. I've also got tons of invitations to develop a mobile app but have to reject all of them by the same reason. 4 months guys! That's a lot of time for just a simple enrolment which supposed to happen in 48 hours. As far as I know thousands of other people facing the same problem and there is no workaround and no official explanation on this situation. Since support is stopped responding, this forum is the last chance for me so far to get the developer account. At least I hope somebody from Apple company is going to read this post and will help me in that. I've asked for a wire transfer payment method because the existing doesn't work at all but got ignored. I'm from Odesa, Ukraine, from non-occupied territory controlled by Ukrainian government, if that matters. Not sure is that a good place for this topic, if not, let me know where I can create a public message and get responded.
