Rejection Reasons: 0.2.3 - Instructions not clear of reviewer
Hi, For one of our apps we submitted a minor update and received a 'Rejection Reasons: 0.2.3' (Guideline 2.3 - Performance - Accurate Metadata). "The metadata of your submitted in-app purchases, such as name, description, or screenshots, does not accurately represent your in-app purchase products. Specifically, we noticed the pricing of the in-app purchases does not match that in the binary.." The update got rejected because we are using introduction prices for our subscriptions (first time purchase only), and as the tester already received a 'discount' he sees the full price when prompting to pay. We have this already for years and now it's been rejected. The reviewer gave us instructions, but these instructions are not on our AppStoreConnect: _Next Steps To resolve this issue, please revise the metadata of your submitted in-app purchases to accurately describe each in-app purchase product. To edit your in-app purchases: Log in to App Store Connect - Click on "My Apps" Select your app Click on "Features" to view your in-app purchases Click on a Reference Name that is in Developer Action Needed status - Click "Edit In-App Purchase Details" Make changes to the Display Details Click Save _ As we don't have in-app purchases, this section is empty for us. On our subscription settings everything is approved (green checkmarks). There is no 'Developer Action Needed status'. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? We asked for clearer guidance from the reviewer but he's auto replying constantly the same instructions over and over. which is not working for us.
