Same issue. Looks like it fixed itself for one of my users, still occurring for most though. Very frustrating.

Posts include post and replies published on the forums.
Post authors can mark replies as Accepted to indicate successful solutions.
Apple Developer Forums admins can mark replies as Apple Recommended to indicate an approved solution

I am also experiencing this issue and it’s very frustrating. I am able to reproduce locally so I will follow the steps to submit the bug to Apple.
