subscription sandbox

Is subscription testing in the sandbox (development) broken? I subscribed to a monthly subscription that I set up and I called finish yet when I call restore transaction it still shows up (and in fact if I subscribe again the next day I now have 2 in the queue)?

Navigation Bar Tint not honored

Anyone else find that in Xcode 11.3.1 that if you have a navigation controller and set the tint color of RED that PUSHED/SHOW controllers in IB show the right color, however in the simulator it shows the default of blue?

TV Logging into subscriptions

If I already have a subscription for HBO / CBS and so on, how do I "log into" those subscriptions in the TV App. I see where you can sign up and it takes you to iTunes. However, if I already have a subscription to them, how do I enter it?

Unable to get out of full screen games

Playing a game no longer allows me to swipe up from the bottom to get back to the iPhone Home Screen. Have to reboot the phone to get out of the game and back to home.

Anyone else wondering why the downloads for these beta's are taking forever? We have a fast 500 up and 500 down and the Software Update states 3 hours?

Unable to install XCode11 Beta
