Thank you for your reply. I am just about to send another update for the app, rebranded it again, added new features, removed other features.
I am really tapping in the dark of what I can actually do to fix this problem because I always get the same rejection reason. I am absolutely devoted to work on a solution to fix it as soon as possible.

I have the exact same problem since December. I have sent another improved app version (changed multipel things, added multiple features, rebranded the app) for review for 5 times or more and they just keep rejecting it with the same reason.
I asked for a more specific reason multiple times, but they just copy and paste the same old one.
Hi,
Unfortunately, I am still facing the same issue. The latest versions have been rejected multiple times under Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam:
“We noticed your app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps submitted to the App Store by other developers, with only minor differences. Submitting similar or repackaged apps is a form of spam that creates clutter and makes it difficult for users to discover new apps.”
I’ve carefully reviewed this feedback and made significant updates after each rejection, including adding new features, improving the UI/UX, rebranding, and introducing localization for more languages. Despite these efforts, the app continues to be rejected for the same reason.
Here’s a summary of the key changes I’ve made so far:
• Added ~10 unique new features
• Completely revamped the UI/UX
• Introduced new languages (localization)
• Implemented TipKit
• Rebranded the entire app
• Improved security
• Added entirely new modes
The latest version of the app is vastly different from the initial version submitted, yet I’m still receiving the same rejection.
I’m fully committed to resolving this issue and aligning with Apple’s guidelines. However, I’m finding it challenging to pinpoint the specific concern that needs addressing.
It would mean a lot if the reviewer could provide more precise guidance on what remains problematic so I can address it directly and promptly. This is particularly urgent as the live version of my app has a critical IAP bug, resulting in financial losses daily.
Thank you so much for your time and I hope we can find a solution asap. I truly appreciate any additional insights or clarification you can offer to help me move forward.
Looking forward to your reply.
