I started seeing the "no successful checkins from WindowServer in 120 seconds WindowServer" with Ventura. Prior to that it had been rock solid.

I am seeing the same thing with the 7 final version on a series 5. The only change was Watch OS 7 yesterday, I'd been running the betas and GM on the iPhone previously.
It would be 30-40% by the end of the day (10pm), it hit 10% by 3:30pm today after the upgrade yesterday.

Beta 2 (just released) showed up for me. Just FYI.
I too have the same problem.I wonder if it is because the 10.15.4 supplemental update is newer than the 10.15.5 beta.
