Just to let you know guys, I did ask apple's support about this, and this was their reply (at May28)
Be sure to test on the most recent version of the OS available, including beta/seed releases if available. Include the results of your testing in the bug report. Before upgrading a device to a beta, be sure to make a backup first because restoring it to the current GM requires erasing the device first. While your bug is being investigated by the relevant engineering team, if you would like us to use the TSI to search for a possible workaround, please send us the Feedback ID number in a reply to this email.
Discovering a workaround can take a significant amount of time and a positive result is not guaranteed. While a Technical Support Incident (TSI) was initially debited from your Apple Developer Program account for this request, we have assigned a replacement incident back to your account.
If you choose to request a search for a workaround, we will then re-debit the TSI from your developer account and assign your request to a DTS Engineer at that time. Developer Technical Support
