Sorry the silence about scribble is incomprehensible.
There is, as so often in IT, no technical reason, but so many marketing and law issue, it is saddening and tiring.
And so many great note apps, are waiting, with good reason, that scribble does the trick for all. I understand that unlike a few thy don't want to reinvent the wheel.
