Hi all -- I'm posting this here to see if anyone has run into something similar with Apple and if so, how they might have gone about solving it. We've been a developer program member and have had apps on the app store for about 10 years without any issue. In February, Apple began sending us an email asking us to provide documentation about our corporate legal identity. This led to a link in the Agreements section of the store where we were able to provide this information including uploading requisite documentation. However, this began an endless cycle. We'd upload the documentation, it'd go through a Verifying step for a few days and then without any further explanation (for example if they required something else?) they would prompt us to do the same thing again. This went on a few times and we opened a case with Apple developer support about it. Unfortunately whoever was handling that support case didn't seem to really understand the issue and kept just providing us with information about how to upload files successfully. This continued a few more times until suddenly on the 1st of April Apple disabled our app store account access and delisted our apps. While we can still login, the only thing available to us is to submit the same documentation we've done 4 or 5 times already. We raised a new support query with them and it was escalated. This escalation in turn stated that they needed to consult with the "operations team" to figure out what was going on. It's now been a week and despite continued back and forth with developer support, no one can tell us what was either wrong with our initial documentation upload or how we can resolve it. They keep stating that the operations team will need to look into it, but cannot provide an ETA. As you might expect this is a frustrating situation for us and our customers. We have provided Apple with an additional 70 pages of documentation on our legal identity, but it seems as if no one there really knows how to resolve this situation and seems uninterested in trying to do so in a timely manner. I'm curious if anyone else has run into a similar issue and if so whether there's some sort of magic phrase or documentation we can provide. We've tried providing our certificate of good standing and our incorporation documentation, but it's not clear if there's something Apple doesn't like about them or if this is just some sort of snafu in their system. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
