Not that I have full authority on this, but I suggest you get a pro with m1 chip while you're at it. Of course, the mac you mentioned will also do the things you want well enough. However, the m1 chip is a fairly new and fast technology compared to the intel processor. If there is not a big price difference that you cannot afford, I suggest you go for the m1/m1 pro/m1 max chip. I'm just saying.
