To Fix:
Close XCode
Delete all files in ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData
cd ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData
pwd
(present working directory, to make sure you are in correct path, should be /Users/{your name}/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData
rm -rf *
( delete all folders and files )
3. Start Xcode again
