Sign in with Apple email default

Is whether or not the default is set to a masked email or if it just remembers the users previous selection once you used SIWA? User case: if a user previosly signed into a new account using Sign with Apple, when he uses it again, will remember the options the user chose or will the masked email be the default?

Sign in with Apple in iOS 12?

For April 1st deadline for Apple Sign In, do we need to target all iOS versions, or just 13? We need 100% clarity on compliance requirement and whether rolling out the feature on iOS app for customers that are running iOS 13 is acceptable
