Hi, I'm having real trouble getting my account reactivated after it expired. I have an organisation account that i setup about 2 years ago. I renewed a couple of times but missed the most recent as we didn't have any apps to publish. I now want to publish an app for my company and have a case open with the support team but it has been over 4 weeks with no progress. I'm told it's with an internal team and my contact has no control over the timeline or process for reactivation. it appears she cannot escalate higher or act on our behalf. Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to speed this up? Many thanks, Barry
