I have created devices and the status is showing eligible for 14 days. When I tried to create provisional profiles then it says that I have to create devices first but I have two devices already created. (see attachment)

AppStore rejected my app without showing any reason and they told me to wait for 7 days but there is nothing till more than 1 month. They replied nothing in reply section also.
