Finally, this feature has been released! Now we can see "Turn On Family Sharing" option for our inapp purchases in Apple Connect (it is disabled by default).

We encountered the same issue. It appears that the statistics for the end of June in UTC are incorrect and significantly inflated. The data in PST, however, seems to be accurate.
