yes it kind of similarity where Pegasus-PIP (probably) became the root cause of the issue, but there is slightly difference in the log message, the author of the thread said it's already resolved in iOS 16, where my issue only occurred in iOS 16. I suspect it's actually just the same issue but the 'name' just became different in iOS 16 🤔
