Thanks for the reply, but my partner carrier is a MVNO, they even don't know about the eSIM enttilement, they ask us research by self, they only provided package/plan, in other post, i have seen a comment from you at 2019, "in my situation, was suggest escalate this to my 'parent' carrier", 'parent' carrier mean an MNO carrier?
