I've figured out the issue; it's not due to the photo, but rather the selection of 'Is a public company.' When I chose 'No,' I encountered the error. The truth is, I'm not affiliated with any company at all. When I tried selecting 'Yes' the photo was successfully sent. I'm not sure if making that selection will affect my personal information later on.
