Hi, All Apple is really some think change policy or measure any think related location because I have trying with 3 account and 9 cards but not get success and many call to apple support but they always say issue is your bank side. I have also contact my bank but all is good at bank side. I have using 9 cards so at list one card is working but not working at all. Please let me help to how resolve this issue. I am working last 10 year with apple development but I never face this type of issue previously.
