All,
i solved the issue by changing the setting DNS from automatic to manuel:
go to your wifi network, press on (i), scroll down to dns, set the dns to manuel mode and type in 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for Dns servers.
you will no longer experience the connection problem. Also disable private network just in case.
