Same issue; none of my builds show up under Builds on App Store Connect. I get an email stating processing of my uploaded app has finished and is ready for submitting to the App Store. It has been like this for over a week now.
Emailed Apple support and got a generic reply stating I needed to clarify my problem... although I did that in my first email.

By adding the following to my apps entitlements plist I can now submit builds to App Store Connect;
