Thanks, I have been using Xcode 14 beta as my work around.
I currently working with a team was still using the current Xcode 13; I wanted to maintain some level of uniformity, consistency, etc.
I did send a Feedback message to Apple.
It looks like Apple's fix was just to the error message.
But I was hoping for something else, i.e. a fix to Ventura.
