I am having the same issue. I have tried resetting network settings (per a reddit user with same issue) and reset the entire phone. I am running a dual sim set up with VZ & FI and the VZ number is the one that is having the issue. I am going to try the tip above to disable the 4G setting. I noticed the VoLTE was on anyone know if toggling that would help the issue?

I am having the same issue. Running beta 2 on a iPhone 11 Pro Max on Verizon and since beta 2 all calls go right to VM with no notification; I only find out when people text me they are trying to call me. I have reset the network settings and also reset the entire phone from scratch and it still seems to be a problem. Restarting the phone and resetting network settings seem to fix it for a bit and then it starts to act up again.
