The local builds worked for a while with the production APSN server, but if I push to development I do get notifications. So it's figured out on my end. I suspect if I used a prod builds and got a new token I might get a token that would work like that for a while again. Seems you have to go develop builds from a develop APNS host and it works, I have no reason to believe prod to prod is not working.
