I finally got access to it after almost 10 days of waiting!! But things were difficult still afterwards. The next message to appear said that support was downloading and this process took another whopping 20 hours to happen!! Been a rough one to get working but loving it all now!! Just wanted to share my experience. Hope yours is better!!

Been over 20 hours for me too! Very frustrating when one has no idea on how long it’s going to tak. Hope someone finds a solution on getting it to work.
