Hi everyone I am (Individual / Sole Proprietor) trying to publish my application but every time when I click on Join the Apple Developer Program I got error message "Your enrolment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I tried to send Email to technical support but no one give me a clear answer about how to fix this issue This is the response that I got when I send them email "For one or more reasons, your enrolment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrolment at this time." I tried to ask them what is the one or more responses but I got the same message again and again ??? please give me some advice to fix this issue
